The fund is managed for County Administrator and Board of County Commissioners by JCPH. The Mental Health/Substance Abuse Sales Tax Advisory Committee is faced with a continual reduction in tax funds and a desire to provide recommendations based on the BOCC priorities. ANALYSIS: Looking ahead at 2013 and 2014, as funds continue to decrease, how does the BoCC prioritize treatment? Review the 2012 deliverables and 2013 funding goals, begin 2014 priorities discussion.
