Advisory Committee (SWAG); Representing the Port of Port Townsend;
1) Al Cairns (Two (2) Year Term Expiring June 17, 2015); and 2) Terry
Khile, Alternate (Unexpired 2 Year Term Expiring 10/5/13)
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Advisory Board Appointments (2) re: Jefferson County Solid Waste Advisory Committee (SWAG);
Representing the Port of Port Townsend; 1) Al Cairns (Two (2) Year Term Expiring June 17, 2015); and 2)
Terry Khile, Alternate (Unexpired 2 Year Term Expiring 10/5/13)
ANALYSIS:
An email was received from Al Cairns, Port of Port Townsend, requesting that he be appointed to the SWAG
as the representative for the Port of Port Townsend (replacing Terry IChile). He also requested that Terry
Khile be appointed as the Alternate representative for the Port of Port Townsend.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Advisory Board Appointments (2) re: Jefferson County Solid Waste Advisory Committee
(SWAG); Representing the Port of Port Townsend; 1) Al Cairns (Two (2) Year Term Expiring June 17,
2015); and 2) Terry Khile, Alternate (Unexpired 2 Year Term Expiring 10/5/13)
