Angelis Vie~m Ly9;A~') puhlic housing dcvclupmcnt located an E. 2"`~ St.. E. ?`` St., and F.. 6'" St in Port Angeles. X4':1. The redevelopment program fa• MAV was created in concert with residents and community stakeholders and entails the demolition of the site and the reconstruction of a nzw mixed-use. mixed- income community in its place. In addition to 2 ~ 1 new mixed-income residential units. a ne~a Boys and Girls Club and Community Learning Facility will be constructed otrsite. This inventory removal application is the first step in a tnulti-phase redevelopment program for M.4\%. Once completed, the PH.A will have replaced 100 units of distressed public housing with quality nc~t consn-uction that will better serve the housing needs of Clallam and Jefferson County residents 2.cross a ranee of incomes, includine ven-low income households.
