This amendment adds, ,ice in revenue to the existing contract. The affected programs are as follows: • -$35,000; EPA NEP OSS Competitive Award; January 2012 – October 2013 DOH adjusted two deliverable dates and transferred under spent revenue to EPA NEP Shellfish Protection District which needed additional funds to complete. $50,000; EPA NEP Shellfish Protection District; July 2013 – November 2014 JCPH will finalize the Water Quality Improvement Plan for JC Clean Water District and provide a temporary solution to the unsanitary conditions associated with the Quilcene River salmon fishing season, subsequently a permanent solution, and provide conditional maintenance and identify a long- term funding source for maintenance of the Quilcene Vault toilet. -s19,149; Local Capacity Development Funds; January 2012 – June 2013T This represents legislative budget changes modifying how local health funding is distributed, accounted for, and reported.
