ensure equal opportunity for the public to comment, all comments shall be limited to three minutes per person
and each person may address the Board one time during the public comment period. When the green light is on
it means proceed to speak; the yellow light will go on when the speaker has 30 seconds remaining; the red light

an item, that item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda, at a specific time, at the
request of any of the Commissioners.)
1. AGREEMENT NO. G1400003 re: Jefferson County Toxic Cyanobactieria Project; In
the Amount of $20,000; Jefferson County Public Health; Washington State Department
of Ecology (DOE)
2. AGREEMENT NO. 1163-27310, Amendment No. 4 re: Substance Abuse Prevention;
Amount Reduced by $625 for a total of $77,805; Jefferson County Public Health;
Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), Division of
Behavioral Health and Recovery
3. AGREEMENT re: Memorial Field Drainage Improvements; In the Amount of $8,645;
Jefferson County Public Works; Seton Construction
4. AGREEMENT NO. G1200268 re: Coordinated Prevention Grant Program for Solid
Waste Management Plans and Programs; In the Amount of $131,563 (State Share) and
$43,853.33 (Local Match); Jefferson County Public Works; Washington State
Department of Ecology (DOE)

8. Payment of Jefferson County Payroll Warrants Dated May 3, 2013 Totaling $772,095.90
and A/P Warrants Done by Payroll Dated May 3, 2013 Totaling $674,041.42 (Records of all
claims submitted for payment along with A/P Warrants approved by the Payroll Services Manager are retained in
the Jefferson County Auditor’s Office.)
