This is an optional time period dedicated to listening to the public. We want to hear your ideas or concerns. To
ensure equal opportunity for the public to comment, all comments shall be limited to three minutes per person
and each person may address the Board one time during the public comment period. When the green light is on
it means proceed to speak; the yellow light will go on when the speaker has 30 seconds remaining; the red light
illuminated means stop. Please start by stating your name and address.

distributed to the Commissioners in advance for study and will be enacted by one motion. If separate discussion is desired on
an item, that item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda, at a specific time, at the
request of any of the Commissioners.)
1. HEARING NOTICE re: 2013 Conservation Futures Funding Program Applications;
Hearing Scheduled for June 24, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Chambers,
Jefferson County Courthouse
2. RESOLUTION NO. 21-13 re: Temporary Restriction of Traffic for Construction on
Embody Road, County Road No. 512809, M.P. 0.3; Jefferson County Public Works
3. AGREEMENT, Amendment No. 1 re: CDBG Public Service Grant for the Current
Period of July 2012 to June 30, 2013; Jefferson County; Olympic Community Action
Program (OlyCAP)
4. Advisory Board Reappointment re: Jefferson County Planning Commission; Four (4)
Year Term Expires March 17, 2017; District 3 Representative, Richard Hull
5. Payment of Jefferson County Vouchers/Warrants Dated May 28, 2013 Totaling
$186,939.67 (Records of all claims submitted for payment along with vouchers approved and signed by the
Board of Jefferson County Commissioners are retained by the Jefferson County Auditor and Public Works
Department.)
