1. AGREEMENT re: Summary Appraisal Report for a Fee-Simple Floodplain Acquisition
in Quilcene with the Quilcene Acquisition 2012 Project (RCO #12-1384C), a Salmon
Recovery Project on the Big Quilcene River Watershed; In the Amount of $2,000;

2. DELETED: AGREEMENT re: Dowans Creek Road Relocation; Amount not to Exceed $230,000;
