Terry Khile, Representing Port of Port Townsend as Alternate; Two (2) Year Term to Expire

ANALYSIS:
Email confirmation was received from Mr. Richard Talbot, Jefferson County Solid Waste Manager to
reappoint Terry Khile as his term had expired.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve and sign attached letter reappointing Terry Khile, representing Port of Port Townsend
as Alternate; Two (2) Year Term to Expire November 04, 2013
