RE: Lease Agreement — Pitney Bowes
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
The Lease Agreement will allow the County to continue leasing a mail machine at the
Courthouse through the State Contract.
ANALYSIS:
Having a postage machine located in the Courthouse provides both convenience and efficiency
to County departments.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Cost is within the current Information Services Budget.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve and sign the Lease Agreement with Pitney Bowes for a Courthouse postage machine.

your State's/Entity's , Participating Addendum, which Is made In connection with the WSCAINASPO, Contract # ACISPO111. 00000411-7
("Agreements"), all of which are available at www.pb.com/states. The terms and conditions of the Agreements govem this transaction, and in the
event of any inconsistency with this Lease, the Agreements will supersede this Lease. This Lease will be binding on PBGFS only after PBGFS has
completed its credit and documentation approval process and an authorized PBGFS employee signs below.
