STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
HEARING NOTICE re: 2014 Jefferson County Budget; Hearing Scheduled for Monday, December 2,
2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Chambers
ANALYSIS:
The hearing notice will be advertised on November 20 and 27, 2013 in The Leader. The public hearing is
scheduled for December 2, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. The Board will hear public testimony regarding all the funds
at that time. Written testimony on the proposed 2014 budget will be accepted until the close of the public
hearing.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve HEARING NOTICE re: 2014 Jefferson County Budget; Hearing Scheduled for Monday,
December 2, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Chambers

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing is scheduled by the Jefferson County
Board of Commissioners for MONDAY. December 2, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners'
Chamber, County Courthouse, 1820 Jefferson Street, Port Townsend, WA 98368 to consider the
adoption of the 2014 annual budget including the General Fund, Public Works, Special Funds,
and the Jefferson County Road Construction Program. The proposed 2014 budget is available for
viewing on the County website at w",w.co.jefferson.wa.us.
