Subject: FHWA Agency Agreement - Duckabush Road Preservation Project
WA PFH 206(1) - FHWA Agreement No. DTFH70 -12 -E -00018
Statement of Issue: A reimbursable agreement with Federal Highway Administration
(FHWA) for the Duckabush Road Preservation Project was executed in April 2012. The
County has completed the work and FHWA wishes to amend the agreement amount
from $182,615 to $119,105.98.
Analysis / Strategic Goals / Pros Et Cons: The actual reimbursable cost of the project
was $119,105.98. This amendment will allow FWHA to de- obligate the balance of the
grant and close the project.
Fiscal Impact / Cost - Benefit Analysis: The work was performed by County Forces.
FHWA reimbursed the County in the amount of $119,105.98.
Recommendation: The Board is requested to execute the Amendment Agreement and
return the three originals to Public Works for further processing.
