Analysis/Strategic GoaWPro's & Con's: This Bid Award is consistent with the County's goals in that it provides for maintenance of the County roads infrastructure. This product is used in the County's pavement surfacing and preservation program. Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: Purchase of these materials is accounted for in the 2014 Road Operations Budget. Estimated Purchase a Sale Agreement amount is $383,200.00 plus Washington State Sales Tax; however, there is no guaranteed minimum order with the supplier. (This is a supply Agreement). Recommendation: The Board is asked to award the Purchase & Sale Agreement by signing and returning the attached Memorandum to Public Works for further processing. The Purchase & Sale Agreement will then be returned to the Board for final execution.
