Budget Appropriations/Extensions; Various County Departments; Hearing scheduled for
Monday, October 7, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Chambers
2. DELETED: RESOLUTION NO. 46-13 re: Finding and Determination to Declare Certain Personal
Property as Surplus and Authorize Disposal (Approved later in Minutes)
3. RESOLUTION NO. 47-13 re: Cancelation of Unclaimed Warrants for 2011and 2012

$1,907,635.93 (Records of all claims submitted for payment along with vouchers approved and signed by the
Board of Jefferson County Commissioners are retained by the Jefferson County Auditor and Public Works
Department.)
9. Payment of Jefferson County Payroll Warrants Dated September 20, 2013 Totaling
$72,645.70 and A/P Warrants Done by Payroll Dated September 6, 2013 Totaling
$125,752.02 and Dated September 20, 2013 Totaling $15,321.18 (Records of all claims
submitted for payment along with A/P Warrants approved by the Payroll Services Manager are retained in the
Jefferson County Auditor’s Office.)
