ANALYSIS: This modification extends the period of performance for grant deliverables through February 15, 2014. DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the Period of Performance to continue to conduct an outreach campaign aimed at vessel owners in South Port Townsend Bay, to protect shellfish beds. 5a. Statement of Work: Exhibit A -2 is revised in accordance with Exhibit A -3, attached hereto and incorporated herein. 5b. Consideration: This amendment neither increases nor decreases the Contract Consideration; therefore, the maximum consideration of this contract and all amendments shall remain the same and not exceed $27,000.00. Source of Funds for this Amendment: (FED) $0; (ST) LO; (Other) $O; Total Contractor agrees to comply with applicable rules and regulations associated with these federal funds. 5e. Period of Performance: is extended through February 15, 2014. 5d. The Effective Date of this Amendment: is January 01, 2014. 6.
