Statement of Issue:
Publicly open and read bids submitted in accordance with the advertised 'Call for Bids' for
the project referenced above. Submitted bids will be opened and publicly read at 10:00
a.m. or shortly thereafter.
Analysis /Strategic Goals /Pro's Et Cons:
This Project supports Jefferson County's Strategic Plan, Goal #6, Adequate Facilities for
work and play.
Fiscal Impact /Cost Benefit Analysis:
The Engineer's estimate for this work is $301,063. This project is funded with County
funds.
Recommendation:
Direct Public Works staff to open and read publicly the bids submitted for this project.
