Chairman Austin and Commissioner Sullivan were present for the following action.
Commissioner Johnson was absent.
Declaration of Emergency Damage to County Roads: Chairman Austin and
Commissioner Sullivan approved RESOLUTION NO. 05-14 regarding Declaration of Damage to
County Roads in West Jefferson County due to a series of storms causing several high flow events on
rivers.
