STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Approval and Expedition of Special Occasion Liquor License Application for Jefferson County
Community Foundation — Fund for Women & Girls; Washington State Liquor Control Board.
ANALYSIS:
The Jefferson County Community Foundation — Fund for Women & Girls is planning an event and it is
scheduled for May 10, 2014. They have requested a letter be approved by the Commissioners to help
expedite the approval process.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Approval and Expedition of Special Occasion Liquor License Application for Jefferson
County Community Foundation —Fund for Women & Girls; Washington State Liquor Control Board.

SUBJECT: Application for Special Occasion License - Jefferson County Community

The Jefferson County Public Health and the Jefferson County Commissioners approve of
the Special Occasion License for the Jefferson County Community Foundation — Fund for
Women & Girls for their Wearable Art Show event to be held on May 9 & 10, 2014 at the
Elks Lodge located at 555 Otto Street, Port Townsend.
This letter is being sent to you in hopes that you may expedite the license process for the
Jefferson County Community Foundation — Fund for Women & Girls event.
