This is an optional time period dedicated to listening to the public. We want to hear your ideas or concerns. To
ensure equal opportunity for the public to comment, all comments shall be limited to three minutes per person
and each person may address the Board onetime during the public comment period. When the green light is on
it means proceed to speak, the yellow light will go on when the speaker has 30 seconds remaining, the red light
illuminated means stop. Please start by stating your name and address.

distributed to the Commissioners in advance for study and will be enacted by one motion. If separate discussion is desired on

CALL FOR BIDS re: Center Road Overlay Phase 6; M.P. 4.39 to 6.86, County Project
No. CR1928, Federal Aid Project No. STPR- Q161(009); Bids will be Accepted Until
9:30 a.m. on Monday, February 10, 2014 and Opened and Read Publicly at 10:00 a.m. or
shortly thereafter in the Commissioner's Chambers, Jefferson County Courthouse

Totaling $51,01 5.91 (Records of all claims submitted for payment along with vouchers approved and signed
by the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners are retained by the Jefferson County Auditor and Public Works
Department.)
7. Payment of Jefferson County Payroll Warrants Dated January 3, 2014 totaling
$819,312.82 and A/P Warrants Done by Payroll Dated December 31, 2013 Totaling
$726,278.29 (Records of all claims submitted for payment along with AT Warrants approved by the Payroll
Services Manager are retained in the Jefferson County Auditor's Office.)
