STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Review notice to cancel County Commissioner Regular Meeting; Scheduled for Monday, June 23, 2014.
Notice will be published in the Leader on June 11, 2014 and posted on the County website.
Two (2) County Commissioners will be out of the office and therefore will not be a quorum to hold the June
23, 2014 meeting.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve notice to cancel County Commissioner Regular Meeting; Scheduled for Monday, June 23, 2014.
Regular BOCC meetings will resume on July 7, 2014 at 9:00 a.m.

NOTICE OF
MEETING CANCELLATION
The Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has canceled their regularly scheduled meeting
for Monday, June 23, 2014. The regular meeting schedule will be resumed on Monday, July 7,
2014. Meetings are held the first four Mondays of each month at 9:00 a.m.
