Supply and install a 500 gallon underground propane tank in the specified location with mastic coating, ENKA-DRAIN tank wrap, 17 pound magnesium anode, gas regulator, tank connector and concrete blocks for placement. The tank will be delivered and placed in a supplied 5'x5'x12' excavated hole. Initial cathodic tank protection readings will be taken and again after one year form the installation date. Installed Price $ 2510.00 2. Install a gas distribution line from the new tank location to the existing gas line next to the house using 3/4" polyethylene and ditch tape in a supplied minimum 12" deep trench. Put the line on test for an inspection then return and connect the new line to the existing one. Complete a gas system safety check. Installed Price $ 290.00 Note: The existing fuel in the 120 tanks will be transferred into the new tank. ITEMS NOT INCLUDED: Unless soeciflcaliy included in the contract above. 1. Removal or repair of items obstructing the installation(Including but not limited to: Furniture,appliances,wood stoves or chimney cleaning). 2. Testing,removal,and disposal of materials containing asbestos or any other hazardous materials,as defined by the EPA. 5. Repair of concealed underground utilities not located on prints or physically staked out or exposed,that are damaged by installation.
