Dear Aileen:
As a follow-up of our telephone conversation of November 19 ,
this letter is to confirm that Puget Power does have an over-
head electrical system within a portion of the proposed
vacation, as shown on the attached sketch. However, we do
have an existing Easement granted in 1970 , recorded under
Auditor' s File No. 204147 . Therefore , Puget has no objection
to the Vacation as proposed.
