PETITION TO DENY VACATION OF OLD HADLOCK ROAD ," COUNTY ROdAD #527109

This vacation proposal is based on R.C . N. 36 .87 .010 which states
that when a county road becomes USELESS it may be abandoned .
Ne the undersigned respectfully request that this proposal for
vacation of one of our county roads be denied because we do not
believe that this road is useless . This road is in daily use by-
Pedestrians
Joggers
Cyclists
Riders of horses and ponies
The Chimacum High School and Elementry School buses
The United States Postal Service
Users of the little league field , Jeff. Co. Jail and recycicying
center
By drivers as a less heavily traveled route from Hadlock to Chimacum
and from Chimacum to _Hadlock.
If this county road is vacated we and our children will be forced
to use the very busy 'and narrow-shouldered Chimacum Hadlock Hiway.
