RE: Vacation of Old Hadlock Road
Dear Mr. Charawell:
The Department of Public Works is currently processing your request for a petition to
vacate a portion of Old Hadlock Road. Bruce Laurie, our construction engineer, is
helping to prepare the legal description required on the petition form. He has
indicated that he requires some additional survey data. We have been attempting to
contact Mr. Alan Carman to obtain this information. When we have all material
necessary, we will complete the legal description and forward the petition to you for
signature gathering.
