Re: Intersection improvements planned for Old Hadlock Road
Dear Mr . Simon :
Hayden Development , Inc. is interested in vacating a portion Old
Hadlock Road . Accordingly, we respectfully request that Jefferson
County forward to the undersigned a petition to vacate a road. We
enclose our check in the amount of $25.00 which represents the
county's fee. We look forward to receipt of this petition in order
that we may comply with the necessary steps to partially vacate a
road.
Accompanying this letter Is a recent survey of Old Hadlock Road
describing the area we are requesting be vacated. Please contact the
undersigned for any additional information or clarification you
require.
