STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED
THE SRANTOR, Hayden Development,
for and in consideration of mutual benefits to accrue, conveys and warrants to Jefferson County, a municipal
corporation the following described real estate, situated in the County of Jefferson, State of Washington:
All that portion of the North 524.75 feet of Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 11, Township
29 North, Range 1 West, W.M., and the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section described as
follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of the Chimacum Road, County Road Number 932507,
and the north line extended of the tract conveyed by the Boundary Line Adjustment recorded under
Auditor's File Number 344682, and shown in the Record of Surveys on Page 64 of Volume 13; thence
westerly along said north line extended to the intersection of a line parallel and 40 feet westerly of
said centerline; thence southerly along said parallel line to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
northwesterly having a radius of 50 feet, said beginning being 110.49 feet northerly along said parallel
line extended southerly, of the South Line of said North 524.75 feet of said Southwest 1/4 of the
Northeast 1/4; thence along said curve a distance of 64.54 feet to a tangent line being parallel with
said south line; thence westerly along said tangent line a distance of 96.84 feet, more or less, to the
westerly right of way of the Old Hadlock Road, County Road Number 527109; thence southerly
along said westerly right of way to the South Line of the said North 524.75 reet of said Southwest
1/4 of the Northeast 1/4; thence easterly along said South Line to the centerline of said Chimacum
Road; thence northerly along said centerline to the said north line extended and the point of beginning.
