ANALYSIS /STRATEGIC GOALS /PRO'S and CON'S: Jefferson County and the Conservation District entered into an agreement in 2011 to complete tasks associated with EPA Grant PO- 0031000 -1. The agreement is to work with landowners within the Jefferson county Clean Water District. This amendment extends the period of that contract by one year. All other terms of the original contract remain in effect. FISCAL IMPACT /COST BENEFIT ANALYSIS: There is no fiscal impact.
