She was born Oct. 3, 1944, in Livingston, Mont., to Harlan Douglas and Beulah Eileen (Burnham) Pendleton. She completed her education in Laurel, Mont. She had worked as an adult caregiver and preschool teacher. She was a published poet and enjoyed writing song lyrics. She was a member the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Survivors include her companion, Tom Morse of Bremerton; her mother, Beulah Eileen Pendleton of Rupert, Idaho; two brothers, Harlan D. Pendleton and his wife, Ann, of Rosewood, Calif., and Erwin Pendleton of Delta, Utah; four sisters, Jeannette Brown and her husband, Ed, and Dolores Green, all of Salmon, Idaho, Ruth Pendleton of Somerset, Ky., and Judith Irving and her husband, Otha, of Victorville, Calif.; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today and Saturday at Lewis Funeral Chapel. A memorial service will be at 10:40 a.m. Saturday at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 4949 NW Taylor in Bremerton. Cremation is under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel. No permits—and he believes mobiles are against the covenants. 11/5/99—Bonita Pendleton came into office and picked up application packets. 11/9/99—Bonita Pendleton applied for mobile home installation permits for the two mobile homes. Jeff Avery spoke with owner that he needs footing, blocking and tie down details and that she needs L & I permits. Forms were given to her. She was told that she would need to apply for septic system. 10/17/00—Letter sent certified to Bonita Pendleton advising her that we were still needing information from her and if we did not hear from her within 30 days of the date of the letter we would turn the matter over to the prosecuting attorney. • 10/18/00—Ms. Pendleton called its advising that she would be coming in by 11/5/00 to make application for OSS. I 11/9/01 —Rose Ann Carroll left message for Ms. Pendleton to contact DCD. 12/01 —Jim Coyne made site visit and verified that the Imperial 600 mobile home has been demolished. He took photos showing dug well and the Olympic Kit. 1/15/02 —Received fax from Ms. Pendleton stating, "Janet Welch is going to call me when she returns in March, and she will do the design for the septic. The storage mobile is only for that pose." 1/31/02 — Sent letter to Ms. Pendleton stating that the permit for the Imperial 600 has been cancelled:"The permit for the Olympic Kit is still pending.
