Analysis /Strategic Goals /Pro's It Con's: Public Works has completed construction for the above referenced project, and recommends authorization of Change Order No 1 which is necessary due to bid item quantity variation. There will be no additional change orders for this project. Fiscal Impact /Cost Benefit Analysis: This project is funded at 86.5% by the Federal Highway Administration and 13.5% by the Public Infrastructure Fund. Recommendation: Public Works recommends that the Board authorize Change Order No. 1 and return two siened orieinals to Public Works for further processing.
