9:01 a.m. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD - Up to 30 Minutes
This is an optional time period dedicated to listening to the public. We want to hear your ideas or concerns. To
ensure equal opportunity for the public to comment, all comments shall be limited to three minutes per person
and each person may address the Board onetime during the public comment period. When the green light is on
it means proceed to speak, the yellow light will go on when the speaker has 30 seconds remaining; the red light
illuminated means stop. Please start by stating your name and address.

distributed to the Commissioners in advance for study and will be enacted by one motion. If separate discussion is desired on
an item, that item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda, at a specific time, at the
request of any of the Commissioners.)
HEARING NOTICE re: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for 2014
Public Service Grant Application and Closeout of 2013 Public Services Grant; Olympic
Community Action Programs (OIyCAP); Hearing Scheduled for Monday, March 24,
2014 at 10:15 a.m. in the Commissioners' Chambers
2. AGREEMENT NO. 2012JLTBo re: Boulton Farm Conservation Futures Project; In the
Amount of $69,000; Jefferson County Public Health; Jefferson Land Trust
3. AGREEMENT, Amendment No. 2 re: Jefferson Mental Health Court Case
Management Services; Additional Amount of $16,000 Not to Exceed $130,500; Jefferson

of Jefferson County Commissioners are retained by the Jefferson County Auditor and Public Works Department.)
7. Payment of Jefferson County Payroll Warrants Dated February 5, 2014 Totaling
$753,526.70 (Records of all claims submitted for payment along with AT Warrants approved by the Payroll
