A copy of the information provided for the District's review is attached to this letter. The proposed project is for the construction of a 758-square-foot garage. The project proponent indicated that approximately 1,200 square feet of land will be disturbed during construction. In accordance with Jefferson County's requirements for new development (Figure 1), the project is considered a"small"project and the proponent is required to comply with Minimum Requirement 2—Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention.
