I came out for a framing inspection on Wed of last week and we talked about the possibility of your project getting a final. I ran it by Jim and he asked if you planned on having any wiring in that room. If you do plan on having it, L&I will need to do an inspection and we would need to come out to verify they signed off on it. Also, if there is no wiring and you would like a final, I would need to note the case that the insulation and finish wall (sheet rock I assume?)were not inspected,since it's a liability issue for us. Please let me know about the wiring and how you would like to proceed with this.
