The site plan shows a revised southern boundary per AFN 559376. The area in question is in the south west portion of the property. Aerial photos indicate the first development in that area happened between 1994 -2005. You probably have better dates than I do. How does your office approach boundary line agreements? It appears the GIS parcel maps and the Assessor's maps have not been changed to reflect this agreement. It's my recollection that in order for the county to recognize this new boundary a boundary line adjustment through our office would need to be approved. After I receive that information I will need to verify with DOH that the water system is adequate for a new connection.
