COMMENTS It is with sincere regret that I must inform you your building permit cannot be
approved at this time based on Jefferson County Building Code Ordinance No. 2-84
and State Board of Health WAC 248-54 governing public water supplies. The
reason for this decision is as follows:
Lack of an approved community water supply to serve the new mobile
home.
If at such time there is an approved community water supply or a private source
serving solely the mobile home, this decision will be reviewed.
The sewer system was found to be functioning in a proper manner with no sign
of drainfield failure on this date. Block off the drainfield area to prevent
driving and parking activities on the drainfield. It appears such activities
may have occurred in the past.
Recommend pumping septic tank it not done within the last 3-5 years.
