Good morning to you, I hope you are having a great day- Our forms have changed- please see the attached Mechanical
Permit form.
Also note our fee's have changed for 2015,the fees are listed on this new Mechanical permit.
On Friday we received a new permit from you in the mail,for Dan &Jana Morrellon, Parcel#970900004. I will process
this permit as is, however for all new permits that you file with Jefferson County, please ensure to use the new
Mechanical permit form and use the 2015 fee's.
