Broders Dave Garing Chairman Vice - Chairman Member The meeting began at 8:30 a.m. Board of Equalization members William S. Marlow, Richard A. Broders and Dave Garing were present. FORMATION OF THE BOARD OATH: All members were sworn in by the Clerk of the Board. ELECTION: Member Broders moved to appoint Member Marlow to serve as Chairman of the Board for 2008. Member Garing seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. Member Marlow moved to appoint Member Broders to serve as Vice - Chairman of the Board for 2008. Member Garing seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. All members signed the Minutes and Proceedings form. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Vice - Chairman Broders moved to approve the minutes of July 14, 2008 (final meeting of the 2007 Board of Equalization Session). Chairman Marlow seconded the motion and called for a vote on the motion. Chairman Marlow and Vice- Chairman Broders voted for the motion, Member Garing abstained from voting as he was not present at that meeting. The motion carried. PROCESS/PROCEDURES The process and procedures were reviewed by the Board.
