Re: Address correction for 468 Kens Way (#601102009)
The nature of my request is a correction of address for the property that is now designated
as 468 Kens Way. We recently purchased this property, and find that the street address is
out of sync with the sequencing of house numbers surrounding us. The numbers go up as
you proceed down the road, with the property to the south of us (Marian Childs)
designated as 955 Kens Way, and the property to the south of us (Rosalyn Roberts) as
1201 Kens Way. The house number 468 has caused much confusion in getting deliveries,
etc. so we would like to have it corrected to a number that is in logical sequence with the
adjacent properties.
Since this is a correction of a mistake that was made by others in the past, I respectfully
request that the usual fee be waived. For this reason, I'm sending along the application
without the corresponding fee included. If you determine that the fee is required under
these circumstances,please let me know via phone, and I will send the check along under
separate cover.
Thanks in advance for your prompt resolution, and for considering a waiver of associated
fees.
