If required, the applicant shall apply for and obtain a NPDES Construction Stormwater General Permit from the Washington State Department of Ecology. 12.) 11. The project shall comply with the following conditions required by the Public Works Department regarding road access: a) All access to the storage units shall be via the access permitted under RAP00-00105. The road approach shall be constructed to the standards of the Jefferson County Public Works Department.
