made. See attached instruction sheet.

Re : Subdivision Exemption; ?Family Exemption
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Stiewe:
I have reviewed your request for an exemption from the
platting prgcedures of the Jefferson County Subdivision Ordinance
subject to subsection 3.40. 3 . Your request is to transfer owner-
ship of a 1 . 3. 3 acre parcel to your mother, Clara Fisher from
your 40 acre parcel (southeast quarter of the southeast quarter
in Section 33, Township 29 North, Range 1 West , W.M. ) Approval
of this action is hereby granted.
Please note that ownership of the parcel granted to Clara
Fisher must remain in her name for a minimum of five years. If
you have any further questions on this matter, please don ' t
