Dear Ms. Good,
We received your recent renewal, BLD91-00167 for the single family residence at 650 E Marrowstone Rd. We see this
permit has been ongoing since 1991 and has not received an inspection since 2004. Renewing this permit each year is a
considerable cost to you as well as our department in administrative time. We believe it is in your best interest to get your
building permit finaled and we would like to help you get that done.
Please schedule a progress inspection with our inspectors by calling 360-379-4455 and we can discuss with you what
needs to be completed to get your residence finaled. Since your permit was applied for in 1991 your building will need to
conform to the 1991 building codes, it will not need to be built to the 2012 building codes.
