We are providing labor and materials. The equipment is provided by Verizon. The total equipment cost would be less than $8,000.00 if I were to provide. Please let me know what else I can do to help. No idea where she pulled that number from—could you please send your proposal or something that shows what we are being paid for this project. Minus out the mark-up and anything that doesn't apply to the mechanical. We do consider this a Mechanical Permit- however it is a Commercial project, because they are wall mounted we do need the engineering you have already submitted. The Fee's for this project based of$75,000.00 Building Base $ 802.00 Plan Check$ 521.30 Scanning$ 19.50 State fee$ 4.50 $1347.30 As discussed, please print the above form, fill it out and send it back with the check, We will also require a copy of the contract agreement with Verizon-and a site map that is no larger than llx 17. Once this information is received, I will be able to route this permit to our Plan Checker for her review. Typical Mechanical Permits are issued over the counter, however because these are wall mount units and require engineering-they will not be issued the same day. The review process should not take too long. I would think we should be able to issue this permit with 5-10 business days or sooner. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
