Project No. 1609 -02 Statement of Issue: Authorization of Change Order #3 for the Paradise Bay Road, Phase II Project, CR1873 with Lakeside Industries, Inc. Analysis /Strategic Goals /Pros ft Cons: This change order is necessary to pay for an additional drainage culvert to replace an existing failed culvert and an increase in unit bid prices for landscaping bark and plants due to a reduction in the necessary quantity from the plan quantity. Fiscal Impact /Cost Benefit Analysis: This project is funded at 90% by the County Road Administration Board and 10% by the County Road Fund. Estimated net change is - $15.00 and (1) additional day. Recommendation: Public Works recommends that the Board authorize Change Order No. 3 and return two signed originals to Public Works for further processing.
