As required by Jefferson County Code, JCC 18.40.110(3) and (6), if the information is not submitted or additional time to submit the required information within the ninety(90) calendar day period is not requested, the application would be considered abandoned and therefore withdrawn and application fees will be forfeited. The drawing shows the drain for the spa. Floor drain in the vault to protect the electrical equipment in the event of a catastrophic failure of the liner or very heavy rainfall. Will drain to the surface, not tied into the septic. For the once every 12-18 month replacement of the water, we'll use a garden hose to siphon it out and water the gardens, same as for our hot tub.
