Please see explanation below requesting temporary occupancy for the Jefferson Transit Maintenance Facility (Permit # BLD-14-00004 Building A). Currently the plumbing final has been approved and the Mechanical is scheduled to final Monday the 8th. Due to long lead times, not all the light fixtures have been installed delaying the final from L&I Electrical inspector. Fortunately, the Electrical inspector has told our electrical contractor he will award a temporary final because of the unfortunate light fixture delays early next week. With all the inspections schedule to receive finals or temporary finals early next week Pease Construction would greatly appreciate if the County would award a certificate of temporary occupancy for a duration of 45 days starting June 10th.
