Mr. Hao Nguyen (pronounced "How Winn") is going to call in Friday morning March 25th between 9 and 1, when you'll be the POD. Mrs. Nguyen told me in a phone conversation today that the mobile home DOES have electricity, but they have never lived in it because there is no water. I asked if we could access the property to confirm it is unoccupied and she said she would have to speak with her husband, because there is a locked gate due to thefts in the area. According to RoseAnn, the mobile home will need to be removed if unoccupied and with no source of potable water. Mr. Nguyen is going to call to see what needs to be done.
