1.) An osprey nest in the communication tower was field verified in 2008 and noted in
subsequent applications. The Washingtion Department of Fish and Wildlife stipulates that
the applicant shall not begin construction or cause any disturbance though the end of
September. NO CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY SHALL OCCUR BETWEEN THE
BEGINNING OF MARCH AND THE END OF SEPTEMBER.
2.) The site plan as submitted with the Building Permit application on January 23, 2015 has
been reviewed for consistency under the UDC, and has been approved by Jefferson
County Department of Community Development. Any modifications, changes, and/or
additions to the stamped, approved site plan dated January 29, 2015 shall be resubmitted
for review and approval by Jefferson County Department of Community Development.
3.) This is for universal DRD conditions - not for custom case type specific conditions.

to the antenna appeared to be in place.
