2.) The project shall adhere to the Best Management Practices (BMPs)to control stormwater,
erosion and sediment during construction. BMPs shall address permanent measures to
stabilize soil exposed during construction, and in the design and operation of stormwater
and drainage control systems.
3.) The site plan as submitted with the Building Permit application on January 27, 2015 has
been reviewed for consistency under the UDC, and has been approved by Jefferson
County Department of Community Development. Any modifications, changes, and/or
additions to the stamped, approved site plan dated March 27, 2015 shall be resubmitted
for review and approval by Jefferson County Department of Community Development.
4.) No plumbing has been reviewed or approved for this project by Jefferson County Public
Health.Additional requirements may apply if plumbing is proposed.
5.) Review of the site plan for septic approval revealed that the plan is not to scale and lacks
complete information regarding the septic system location and reserve area. The
proposed garage is located where it will not impact the exting septic system.
For any future review, use of the record drawing from SEP04-185 must be used to assure
county records reflect accurate information associated with this parcel.

We have received the above referenced application for review. We are in need of additional
information and/or items as listed below to continue our review of the proposal:
The site plan provided for the proposal shows the water line crossing over the
primary and reserve drainfield area. Additionally, the site plan does not accurately
reflect the location of the septic tank or drainfiled location per the record drawing
from SEPO4-185.
Revise the site plan to show accurate locations and resubmit for review. Enclosed
for your information is a copy of the record drawing of the septic system.
If a Monitoring Inspection of the onsite sewage system is required please contact a certified
O&M Specialist or Licensed Designer to schedule the inspection. A list of these providers
can be found at our website www.ieffersoncountypublichealth.org. Please notify this office
when the inspection has been completed.
Please submit the necessary items in order for us to complete the plan review process of this permit.
