Analysis /Strategic Goals /Pros £t Cons: This change order is necessary to pay for additional mobilization and crushed surfacing material for widening of the shoulder for guardrail. Fiscal Impact /Cost Benefit Analysis: This project is funded at 90% by the County Road Administration Board and 10% by the County Road Fund. Estimated net change is $8,104.80 and 3 additional working days. Recommendation: Public Works recommends that the Board authorize Change Order No. 4 and return two signed originals to Public Works for further processing.
