When I last talked to here she was going to hold on to the application until the SPAAD is complete. At that point I would then submit a building permit for the house, stairs, septic etc all at the same time. This will avoid multiple permit fees and paperwork. If this is a bad approach let me know and I will get her the check for the permit for the stairs ASAP. Johnson Subject: MLA13-00113 SPAAD--Finished Review of Mitigation and Habitat Mgmt Plan David, I finished my review of the Mitigation and HMP. In general, the new impact area is 1500 square feet and the proposed revegetation area is about 3600 square feet. There wasn't an exhaustive discussion about ecological functions, but the planting schedule would comply with RCW 36.70A.448 for no net loss of ecological functions. The increase of Impervious Surface was not addressed. I would suggest the specification for erosion control be "Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control shall be in place at any time there is construction activity". The report at 3.6 IMPLEMENTATION AND TIMING states"Any work carried out during the rainy season should have all erosion control measures in place prior to beginning."
