Second layer shall be installed to span the standing seam joints with slight notching of the bottom side of the insulation conducted as necessary to obtain a straight,true and flat installation. (1) Stagger joints at ends and sides c. Top layer of "Iso Guard shall be staggered to span under lying joints. 3. Roof C: Over the prepared substrate,after inspection and repair of wood deck, install 6 mil visqueen over prepared surface;mechanically attach 11/2"polyisocyanurate insulation; mechanically attach Y" Iso Guard or' " DensDeck over polyisocyanurate insulation;new perimeter nailers; mechanically attach 60 mil TPO single-ply roof system and all manufacturer required components; new clad metal; new perimeter metal; new gutter to replace existing;new wall metal with reglet and counter-flashing sheet metal; incidentals,etc.to complete the specified warrantable system. a NOTE: Wall shall be completely covered with new fully adhered single-ply membrane prior to wall metal installation. 4.
