Thought you might want to see some of her results. I have copies of the sign in sheets that were used if you would like a copy? Rick Rozzell Working from the Reports only for the period of time from July 2005 to May 2006, I was able to compile these data: - On average the Auditorium is not used for any events accept possibly a dance class in the morning (dance classes are not assign to individual days) for 3 days out of the week. Busy time is around holidays and in the summer for annual meetings and parties. Spring and fall has several whole weeks with no activity recorded. -There were 41 events with attendance over 100. Out of this number 9 were weddings, 1 was a SBCA annual meeting and 2 were PLVC meetings. -There were 29 events with attendance over 150. Out of this number 3 were weddings 1 was SBCA annual meeting and 2 were PLVC meetings -There were only 14 events with attendance over 200. Out of this number 2 were weddings 1 was a SBCA annual meeting and 1 was a PLVC meeting. From the numbers I saw, it seams that the Auditorium seats comfortably 180 people for an event involving a meal. Children's Hospital Lunchen regularly seats 188 people. Also weddings with 230 guests were held at the Auditorium. Keeping that in mind, these are the events that are "regularly sold out" broken down by organizing groups, numbers indicate attendance at their events: Free Spirits - 178; 180; 160; 145. Out of 4 events, only one could be considered sold out. Alcohol and food served at all events. Port Ludlow Arts Council -200; 220; 230; 230; 200; 258; 205. These events are usually marked as concerts -7 events in total. Alcohol is served at intermission and sometimes before these events. Port Ludlow Yacht Club - 152; 180; 50; 160; 160; 180; 150; 30. Out of 2 meetings (50; 30) and 6 parties only 2 can be considered sold out. Alcohol is served at all these events as well as food. Dine and Discover- 138; 140; 86; 137 -4 events, non sold out. Alcohol and food served at all events. Nifty Niners - non of their events or meetings ever even had 100 attendees. Never sold out. So the busiest events are those of the Arts Council and they draw people 7/17/2006 Page 2 of 2 frontthe whole Jefferson County. Not all events occurring at the club use the sign in sheets. If the event occurs after 5:00 pm, no sign in sheet is normally used. 7/17/2006 , ' , ` gSON ° JEFFERSON COUNTY " ,-.
